Rose Injectable's Disclaimers

We do not accept, or bill, any type of insurance including office visits, treatments, labs, etc. By utilizing our services, you understand our policy and are forgoing usage of your insurance for these treatments. I understand that labs processed in our office are often at a discounted, contracted rate, and can be much higher if you choose to go to an offsite lab for your draw due to their contracts and plan deductibles.

Insurance

24 Hour appointment change or cancellation policy: we do charge a fee for any changes within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. This fee is typically $75, but it is subject to change. We set aside individual time for you with your provider and we are unable to fill spots from our waitlist with only 24 hours notice. Thank you.

Cancellations

There are many forms of communication utilized by Rose Injectables. These include, but are not limited to, text/email appointment reminders, phone calls, or other correspondence. Rose Injectables also utilizes text messaging and social media including messengers to communicate with patients to be able to respond in an expedited manner. These forms of communication are not HIPAA compliant unless you expressly understand that we use various forms and you consent to their usage. You can opt out of appointment reminders and are never obligated to respond to a text or email.

Past performance dies bit guarantee any future results. Results may vary based on individual client’s health, including diet and exercise, as well as compliance with treatment program(s). Results shown in before and after photos or testimonials may vary from with each individual client.
